Good day,

Over the course of the past forty-eight hours I have been in contact with my fellow Election Commissioners with regards to their availability in serving as supervisors for the coming season. It was made known to me by Eluvatar and Lord Lore (who are by both currently serving on the Supreme Court as Chief Justice and Associate Justice respectively) that they will not be available.

Because of this, the number of non-absent Election Commissioners for the upcoming November 2019 Judicial Election cycle has fallen below five. With Siwale, COE, Owen, and myself being the remaining non-absents, we are in need of a fifth to satisfy the minimum requirement. As such, in order to remedy this I hereby appointed @Brendog to serve as a temporary Election Commissioner.
