Nation: The Federation of Sovereign Parallel States (SPS for short, I guess)

Political Ideology? Liberal, Conservative, Anarchist, do you care?: In real life I'd probably be considered somewhere along the socialist spectrum. I like democracy but I don't love capitalism. However, I'm interested in all ideologies and all forms of government, and The Federation is a political battleground of constantly shifting ideas.
Do you enjoy Roleplay or forum games?: I am inexperienced in this area, but yes, they're pretty cool.
About the Federation:
The FSPS is a union of semi-autonomous states (think USSR but not everyone's a communist) spanning across multiple dimensions. A failed experiment years ago led to holes being broken in the walls of space and time, and subsequently the three states in which the portals appeared resolved to unify and create a superpower on multiple planes, an empire destined to conquer, unify and/or diplomatically annex the whole of reality.
The Federation denies the assertion that its existence is inconsistent with the laws of physics. The Federation has resolved, as stated in Article 1 Section 3 of its Constitution, that physics is inconsistent with the laws of the Federation.
