Hi everyone :) I'm a returning player to NS, having had a few nations in the past. This is the first time I've gone deeper than occasionally answering issues, but I do hope to get involved in this community, once I find out how to navigate the forums.
 
Welcome! If you have any specific questions, I'd be happy to help you get acquainted with our region.

The best thing for figuring out navigation on these forums is simply spending a lot of time on them.
You might also find this tutorial I made helpful. I recommend watching at 1.5x playback speed.
