As I'm sure you've all seen, following the recent indictment of @Bobberino, and subsequent guilty plea, I asked for his resignation. Since the Legal Code specifies the Ministry of Defense as a mandatory Ministry, I am legally obligated to appoint an executive officer to replace Bob, even if they only serve for the next couple of days until the completion of the term.

Upon Bob's and @BluieGamer's recommendations, I will be appointing @Koopa103 to serve as Minister of Defense. Please take your oath of office.
