Manumission Day 2019: 14 Years of Freedom from Tyranny

It's on this day that we celebrate the end of the tyrant Pixiedance's reign and a return of democracy to TNP. Let us all take a moment to reflect on the freedoms that we all enjoy, the freedoms that were returned to us on that day. May the spirit that was reborn fourteen years ago continue onward towards the future as TNP continues to grow and prosper as both a NationStates region and as an online community.

The Ministry of Culture, on behalf of the TNP Government, wishes you all a solemn Manumission Day. Maybe democracy live on.

The Ministry of Culture would like to ask that all TNPers use the symbol of the candle to celebrate Manumission Day, on the forums, Gameside, or Discord. Whichever you feel comfortable doing.

Candles lit. Hail TNP! Hail freedom! Let us give thanks for our bounties as a region and remember the troubled past that brought us here. No happy ending comes without a journey.
