Since @Marcus Antonius is on a Leave of Absence this week until May 18th, and because the Ministry of Home Affairs is so important to my my campaign goals, I feel the need to bypass Marcus and appoint Deputies. This is an important step to making sure progress happens now, and will help boost activity in the Ministry in the next few days. As such, I hereby appoint @Robespierre and @Bobberino as Deputy Ministers of Home Affairs.

It's a bit unprecedented for me to simply bypass Marcus in this way, but I would counter that it's a bit unprecedented for a Minister to take a Leave of Absence during the first week of a delegacy.
