Sutherlan Urgent Inspiration Act of 2019 Summary​

Let it be known that in this time of uncertainty the Core General of Sutherland has hereby dissolved the Core of Regents and hereby establishes the Court of Inspirators in Service to the Arc-Wonderess of the Sutherland Federation (Court of Inspirators for short). All members of the court must abide by the standards necessary to be in the office of Arc-Wonderess. If the sitting Arc-Wonderess abdicates their office or becomes deceased, the candidates for successor shall be of the Court of Inspirators.

Members of the Court of Inspirators shall be awarded the title of Inspirator and they shall represent a constituent area which shall be a Royal Inspiraria. These Inspirators shall be nominated by the Sutherlan Bishops of the Courantist Church and shall be either confirmed or rejected by a vote of the people within each Inspiraria. These Inspirators shall by a first order of business vote on who shall lead their number as Prime Inspirator.

An election is triggered by a vacancy in the seat of the Arc-Wonderess. Within the month of the act of vacancy, each governmental district shall hold a vote on the successor. The governmental district may not vote for the representative Inspirator of the Inspiraria it is located therein. Election waves continue, removing the lowest vote getter each time until one is left. If a candidate reaches a majority of votes cast at anytime then they are to become the next Arc-Wonderess.

In the meantime, the Court of Inspirators is to advise and represent the Arc-Wonderess in all matters acting as the royal court of the Sutherland Federation. They shall have the power to critique and delay legislation of the Core General two times per per piece of legislation with amendments and changes not making a piece of legislation officially separate from its former version. The Core General may force of confirmation vote on all members of the Court of Inspirators through a vote of no confidence achieving a 2/3 majority in support of reconfirmation by the Inspirarias.
