Marangoni Effect (WIP)

The Marangoni Effect is an interesting behavior exhibited by fluids of differing surface tensions. It is a factor when considering two fluids with different surface tensions, or one fluid with a temperature gradient. This temperature gradient gives the fluid a different surface tension where it is cold than where it is hot.
