Under the Powers granted by the sovereign peoples of the Vestrugat, and by the Authority of the seperate governments of the Federation, we do hereby establish this first unitary diplomatic mission and open channels for Ambassadors of all nations to submit correspondence with the Government of Vestrugatia.

The High Chancellor invites all nations to submit their official communications, requests, inquiries, and diplomatic missives for our leaders and officials as well as all other communiques and periodic updates of happenings within your borders which are significant to the Government of the Federation. All communications will be treated with utmost importance and a response is guaranteed from, at the minimum, the Commissar of Foreign Affairs, and up to and including High Chancellor Klaus auf Hettenberg or the leaders of the Federation's member states.

Matters or questions addressed to, or pertaining to, specific government officials or their offices are permitted and will be forwarded to the specified recipient where a reply will also be guaranteed.

In addition, the Vestrugat Federation will also use this channel to communicate travel advisories, notices, warnings, and all new agreements and laws signed by the Landesgrad which could affect diplomatic relations or travel to and from the country.

The Empire wishes in earnest to convey its full recognition of the Federation of the Vestrugat's change in government to the Imperial Vestrugat Federation, and to congratulate HRM Sherwin V, King of Esplandia on his ascension to the ancient dignities of Braegga the Bear.

The unification of the Vestrugat is a monumentous achievement which will doubtless bring unprecedented and unparalleled prosperity to the region, as well as a peace that is well deserved by the nations and people of the region.

The Empire has been and remains committed to positive, peaceful, and enduring relations with Esplandia, Austalgotha, and all nations now within the Imperial Vestrugat Federation, as well as with its central government.

We look forward to expanding on and securing the peace and good will between our states in the years to come, and we wish the Imperial Vestrugat Federation all the best.

MEMORANDUM REGARDING THE RECENT BOMBINGS IN KARTHIED

It has come to the attention of HM Government that a number of bombs have gone off in the city of Karthied in an apparent terrorist attack, which has caused significant damage to the city as well as significant casualties amongst its population. We wish, first and foremost, to send our condolences to the families of the victims, and wish a speedy recovery to the injured.

Our greatest condolences of all must go to Emperor Sherwin and his family for losing their daughter. This cowardly act is one spawned from a malign cruelty that demands the indignation of the world. We stand with the Vestrugat, its nations, and its peoples in the fight against a growing epidemic of global terrorism.

This growing trend of global terrorism is a threat and an insult to the values shared and held dear by all states and by decent human society as a whole. Those who have been affected by yesterday's attacks must know that the Vestrugat hears them, we can hear them, the rest of the world hears them, and that the people who committed these attacks will soon hear the cry of justice.
