I am Vulturret. I have been appointed as Ambassador to the North Pacific, on behalf of the Realm of Balder. The North Pacific and the Realm of Balder have long been good friends, and I am pleased to honor this relationship by serving as ambassador to the most excellent region of TNP.
 
Welcome to The North Pacific, it's good to see the Balderian Ambassador here. I haven't seen one since Alta. :P
I'm The North Pacifican Ambassador to Balder so I guess we'll be seeing each other a lot.
