GENERAL AVIATION AND SECURITY ACT
To give the betterment of travel and research for Aerial Economics and Security of Aerial Travel.
The Local Senatorial Houses of Chii' Mara and its twelve Districts call upon the Grand Senate and His Majesty, King Stormstar of Chii' Mara to approve of this Bill for which the betterment of the people may be supplied.
Although the sense of which the Chii' Mara has quick enough travel from District to District between each Argus Limited station, and that the security of General Travel is secured due to the co-working efforts of The Protectorate and the Chii' Maran Military not only gives a sense of seclusiveness, but a sense of security.
Due to the lacking of technology within our borders to go outside of our boundaries and take areas within nearby Continents, or for tourism and entertainment of the people of Chii' Mara.
As well as the lack of Security within the Railroads - as per a train robbery high of ten within the last month, but this of which does not account for the amount of car hijackings, ignorance of Military Personnel, and blindsiding of the Chii' Maran Military.
We, the twelve Houses of Local Senators, call upon the Grand Senate to accept and revise this Act as necessary, and for the King Stormstar to sign, with the following terms and conditions to support the People:

- Foreign Trade Networks, requested and approved by Ambassadors or the King himself, shall be given the granted access for cross-country travel and the flight between borders ONLY for Economical Purposes.
- Economical Purposes shall be called as "the trading of products for the economical enhancements of both parties."
- The granted access of Tourism, and the governmental restrictions set to keep a monopoly via Air Travel.
- Tourism shall be called as "the foreign entry of foreign personnel for thirty days or less."
- The unlimited (or allotted) access of the People to create a Company dedicated to Foreign Trade or Air Travel of Exports or Imports.
- The definition of Air Travel shall be called as "the usage of vehicles which take away from ground or sea."
- The unlimited usage of Civilians or Foreigners for vehicles designed for Air Travel to other countries as allotted by foreign entities.
- The usage of The Protectorate to defend aerial transportation entering or exiting Chii' Maran Airports. As well as the usage of Mercenaries or The Protectorate to defend the Airports upon the ground, in which no Terrorist Attacks shall be committed or violent/hate crimes.
- Terrorist Attacks shall be called as "the ability of attacking one or multiple locations for the religious or political advantage of foreign or local entities."
- Violent/Hate Crimes shall be called as "the assault or attack of innocents for the purpose of harming them for no reasoning (self defense shall be accounted as self defense)."
