Under the order of the state and the Premier of the Democratic People's Republic of Skanda, Misaka Tawanoa, the Gaiōmendai'kā'ina hereby establishes this unitary diplomatic embassy channel. This channel can be used by ambassadors and ministers from all nations of Eras, regardless of standing with Skanda or political alignment in an attempt to open up to the world and show that even if we are not on good terms with another nation we are willing to discuss matters with them.

We encourage other nations to raise questions or submit requests to this embassy, and even provide updates of modern affairs in your nation that may be significant to Skanda so that we may see how it would effect our nation or relations with our nation. At minimum a response will be answered by the Commissar of Foreign Affairs, and at most they will be answered by the glorious Premier herself. Matters related to specific Commissars or their Ministries will be forwarded to them. Additionally, Skanda will use this channel to post travel advisories, warnings, notices, warnings, and all new agreements or laws pertaining to diplomatic relations or trade to and from Skanda.

Signed Respectfully

Hiroshi Masada
Commissar of Foreign Affairs

Heliski Verushka was calmly sitting in his office writing and finishing paperwork, and making sure his future plans for Ruskaland would be put into full effect. Currently Ruskaland was a nation that was almost isolated from the rest of the world as it was in the far south of Kian. Trade was, for Ruskaland, almost difficult for it do since the majority of nations around it weren't aligned with the views of Ruskaland- and Heliski Verushka knew that Ruskaland’s geographical location was a double edged sword. Sure, Ruskaland could easily fight off any invasion from the sea because of it's far southern location, but because of that trading, as mentioned before, proved difficult outside of Kian. Aside from this Ruskaland was simply quite poor because of the former Empire of Ruskland, which went into debt during a war against the former state of Talinisia. Due to the costs of purchasing and manufacturing tanks, infantry equipment, and other various pieces of military equipment, taxes had to be increased. After this the economy took a dive, and Ruskans were left angry in the streets about how the greedy Empire of Ruskaland was taking every little coin the Ruskans had. Soon, the Empire of Ruskaland fell into a civil war, but unfortunately for the socialists the Imperialists managed to beat the Rebels; However this proved to cause even more damage to Ruskaland, because now the Ruskans were even angrier with the Empire. Then King Ruskatin I died with no heir, and Heliski Verushka, with the support of the socialists and the former rebels of Ruskaland; managed to coup the government before becoming President of the Socialist Republic of Ruskaland. This coup made the Ruskan people happy, especially so because the new government was willing to fix Ruskaland and save it from financial ruin. To fix Ruskaland however, they needed to trade with more nations on the international stage.
Heliski Verushka looked north to the nearby continent of Iteria for potential trading partneres. If he remembered correctly Skanda was socialist, and was potentially a future ally. Despite the difficulty of trading from Ruskaland's end it was likely that Skanda could easily reach them by sea. Skanda seemed like a good choice to trade with.
With that, He took what was left of his paperwork, and placed it on the side of his table, before then proceeding to take a clean piece of paper as white as snow from his desk to write on.

From Heliski Verushka, President of the Socialist Republic of Ruskaland,

Greetings Premier Misaka Tawanoa of the Democratic People's Republic of Skanda,[/big]
I am Helisiki Verushka of Ruskaland, and I am willing to open discussions for further ways to improve relations between Ruskaland and Skanda. For instance Ruskaland is looking towards ever-lucrative trade as currently, Ruskaland needs more trade partners. Our state is wondering if it's possible for Ruskaland to trade with Skanda. Currently, we are willing to trade iron, as it is plentiful in our land. And due to our similar situations we thought it would be great for us to help each other, by us giving you iron, and you giving us the spice (among other things) that you are famous for trading.

Signed
Helisiki Verushka, President of the Socialist Republic of Ruskaland

With that, He folded the letter, and placed it into a envelope, He then stood up, and gave it to a messenger, who was supposed to mail the letter to the embassy.
The President then sat on his chair again, and begun finishing what was left of his paperwork.

Thank you Andy, for cleaning and fixing my previous wip rp post, and making it like what it is atm.

To the Socialist Republic of Ruskaland

The Democratic People’s Republic of Skanda thanks you for being the first to address our international embassy. We appreciate Ruskaland looking towards Skanda as a potential trade partner and ally. The possibility of trade between our nations has been discussed between the Personal Council and with approval from Premier Misaka Tawanoa has been approved. Skanda is more than willing to export exotic fruit(s), spices, and other agricultural goods in return for material goods such as iron (or steel), aluminum, titanium, and other mineral exports.

Signed
Atsuko O'okea , Commissar of Trade
