[Species Proposal] Nelumbo Suma (Blue Hazard)

TNP Nation
Demescia
The Blue Hazard (Nelumbo Suma), also known as the Hetacian Lotus, is an aquatic perennial found in Hetacian estuaries and swamps. The flowers would be 10 to 15 cm in diameter, having blue pedals, each with a brown pricking tip, and a pink carpellary receptacle. The pricks of the plant are capable of causing numbing and swelling to the affected body part, while the edible seeds and rhizomes can numb your tongue but produce hallucinations. The plant is gathered by Eastern Lithonians for ceremonial and spiritual purposes.
