Aware that Nagatar Karumuttu Chettiar was founded in early 2015 in NationStates; Founding The United Kingdoms Of The Equator and becoming quite involved in the region's governance, and later making the region a positive haven for those nations new in the world (ultimately in vain as the region ceased to exist one and a half years later) to prevent the from straying from what was right and allowing them to feel safe from raiders with the help of a strong password-admissions WA system.,
Observing that Nagatar Karumuttu Chettiar was and is involved in the Anti-Raider Army (ARA), a powerful regional raiding defense organization of today; serving as Founder and Minister of Defense, and through this role attempting to protect the sovereignty of multiple regions by defending them against invasion at the hands of raiders such as The Roman Empire and The Black Hawks, then seeing it rebranded as the SAAF, or Sonindian Anti-Raider Armed Forces after the merger of Swansonia and The Eternal Order, combining two regions into an anti-raider region,
Noting that Nagatar Karumuttu Chettiar was a driving force behind the creation of the ARA, which saw it created as the 'Last Defense Against Raiders' in the times when they are gaining the most, the original region of Nagatar Karumuttu Chettiar was destroyed by raiders from the region Swansonia, prompting them to create an organisation to concentrate on a primary goal of defending regions, freeing many regions such as Iris, Theophanes, Swanregion, to name a few,
Perceiving that Nagatar Karumuttu Chettiar was one of the two organisers of The Eternal Order, a region founded in late 2017, which was born on the proposition that they should wipe raiders from every Corner of NationStates history, attempting to free their original region from the occupation of the region Swansonia, though ultimately in vain.
Recalling Nagatar Karumuttu Chettiar's contributions to The World, The Eternal Order, & NationStates, which include:
• Constructing and maintaining their Regional RMB, to aid communication between members, and organisation of the regional government,
• Defending with, and leading, the Anti-Raider Army -- a military that helps to defend vulnerable regions from the threat of invasion,
• Maintaining & Forgiving the region that raided their original one by successfully keeping them from internal collapse during early 2018 -- along with keeping their preferred delegate in the position of delegate - despite the delegate being unable to eject or ban nations from the region,
• Helping to reform the raiding ways of Swansonia by forgiving them and advising their leaders on how to reconsolidate power and make the region pure once more in the world,
• Freeing multiple regions unable to free themselves from the raider threat, and defending those regions as they could in times of peace, as well as times of war, regardless of philosophy,
Recognising that following control of WA Delegateship from The Order of The Star to Greater Cofrienolls, Nagatar Karumuttu Chettiar played a crucial role in the transition, ensuring stability, and protecting the interests of residents by encouraging and ultimately facilitating the holding of an election to allow them to decide on the regional delegate in Swansonia, then facilitating a merger between Swansonia and The Eternal Order into one Anti-Raider Region, Sonindia, and then continuing to lead the now SAAF, formerly ARA (Pronounced Era), into battle against the evil forces of raiders,
Acknowledging Nagatar Karumuttu Chettiar's less relevant contributions to NationStates, including petitioning The Black Hawks to change its ways and see the categorization of themselves as raiders to be repealed and to see them into a brighter future, though until today ultimately in vain,
Believing that Nagatar Karumuttu Chettiar has had and will continue to have a major impact on the improvement of NationStates, by giving valuable responses on suggested changes to the structure of the regional environment, suggesting changes to regional governance for all regions to improve well-being of member nations in the Dispatch "A Note To All Regions: Preserving & Peace Guide", an dispatch that helps regions stay secure, and by providing helpful advice to fledgling nations seeking to involve themselves within international affairs and fight the growing raider threat,
Concluding that through these diverse and multitudinous contributions, Nagatar Karumuttu Chettiar has made the world a more peaceful and enjoyable place, helped to stop violent, destructive, and unnecessary raids, freed raider infested regions, keeping the community pleasant, writing documents that teach the world how to protect from raiders, and that these actions are more than worthy of recognition through a World Assembly Commendation,
