Pre-election communications

Because I like elections, and I like contested elections, and I like elections with lots of public engagement, I am thinking that it might be advisable for me as Chief Election Commissioner to send out a notice sometime not long before April 16th inviting any nation interested in running for Delegate, Vice Delegate, Speaker, or Attorney General to become a Citizen by April 16th (and retain citizenship), or any nation interested in voting to become a Citizen by May 6th.

This could conceivably be overstepping our role. Thoughts?

I'm fine with that. May I suggest April 11th as the date to send the notice? That would give several days' advance notice for those who wish to become Citizens in time to run, while also ensuring that these new Citizens would not lose citizenship for forum inactivity until after voting ends.
