Sticking with us actually having deputies in the NPA this term, Captain Zazumo is hereby my second deputy Minister of Defense! He has performed very well throughout his time in the NPA, being active and friendly, and more recently he has been very reliable in leading operations and fulfilling his tasks nearly without flaw. He's one of the most dependable NPAers we have, if not the most. I have absolute confidence in him as my deputy, and I'm surprised that I haven't made this appointment sooner.
