I would say this application is denied, but there's not actually a region to set up relations with. Your nation is not a region. Embassies are intended to be between TNP and other regions in NationStates. As our Vice Delegate tried to tell you, embassies between your nation and others would be best handled in role play.
 
My sincere apologies. I am learning. I thought I had a region, North Carroll. I am only attempting to move past the issues into more exciting topics within North Pacific. I just need guidance. I am not looking to RP. I was only excited about having an embassy. Again, apologies.
