Katiana is my spouse and we both play NS sitting less than 10 feet from one another. I believe this is the reason for her failing due to multiple accounts. Same IP's etc...

If someone could please explain how we might appeal this decision; what we can do, or what proof may be provided ... we will be most grateful and happy to comply.

For future reference, "PM" means private message, so when I ask to send me a PM, that means to send me a private message. Your wife understood this and has already reached out to me. Generally we request a private message to keep this thread clear and to keep any real life details private.
