The Republic recognizes the Commonwealth of Carilalia as a sovereign and independent state. The actions of the Plembobrian Government in this matter have violated the fundamental rights of the People of Crilalia to self-determination, and must be condemned in the strongest terms. When a government grows deaf to the voices of its people, it shall have forfeited its right to govern them. We implore the Government of Plembobria to end these senseless and undemocratic acts and recognize the legitimate government of Crilalia as determined by its people in general referendum.
To the people of Crilalia, it is the sincerest hope of the Republic that your actions provide a catalyst for other oppressed people to demand that their voices be heard. Do not ever be discouraged, and best of luck to you in the long road ahead.
