Under the order of the High Chancellor Nathan Yost and by the permission of the Minister of Foreign Affairs Agala Nort we open this application process for the numerous forigen entities of the planet Eras to open embassies with the GCF. In order to calm the residents of the planet we have established a colony on your planet called Oceania that will house your respected embassies.

Embassy Suites
The Embassy Suites building is six floors of which five are reserved for Embassies, each potential embassy shall have a space of 5,500 square feet to work with. Suites are numbered S1-001 through S5-050, there is ten suites per floor. These spaces are reserved for nations whose populations are under one million or those who wish to open a consulate.

Located in the downtown of Oceania City this new building was built with all the most technological amenities to your diplomats hearts desire. Each tower of the building has ten floors that are available to any nation regardless of size and each suite is 10,000 square feet in size to work with. Each floor can hold four embassies which will be numbered 101 to 141 (201 to 241 if you are in tower 2).

For those who deem our appropriated suites too small for their government needs and demands, these nations can either buy existing properties or build on lots. For this we do restrict the size of each lot to 200 ft x 300 ft, the height of a embassy building can be no taller than three floors. Registering their embassy address will be required.
