A packet of information, including the methods of identifying the proper airplane, timing, flight schedule, and proposed flight route will be sent to the office of Hiroshi Ma'iko, and copies shall be made on request for other government officials who request it. Expect flights to start after at least 30 but no more than 50 business days, unless a hold is requested. Both a passport and Government ID Card will be checked in on arrival, and logged for retrieval if needed. Defectors, if made clear and present on a list given to the Vosycreellorkneistanopolian Government, will be refused entry and forcibly detained. Anyone who who shows a defecting or deviant opinion will be placed on watch and given in a report to the Skandan government. First-time passengers to Vosycreellorkneistanopolis shall be given a guide, both for protection, and supervision- to make sure no customs or regulations are violated during their stay. Repeat visitors may request to either have or go in leave of a guide, but will be dealt with more harshly for infringements, and sent back to Skanda for judicial process. After designated stay is up, visitors will be made to leave. Citizenship, nor any solicitation of it, is not and will not be permitted to be given to a Skandians who visit. Due to recent economic status, food may or may not be provided for visitors- tourist are encouraged to pack supplies such as fresh food. Water is treated, and plentiful.
