Add exams ?

I think that TNPU should have at least a basic test based on what you want to study that is relevant to executive ministries, the WA, NPA Officer hopefuls or inter-regional Diplomacy.
Why not we make a simple YES/NO Exam.There could be three courses. For the first course, the person passes 50% to be a Graduate. 66% for a bachelor and 75% for a doctorate. Maybe a TNPU ribbon displaying this ? Let me know if it sounds stupid

What is the point of this?

nevermind. i will make some simple test on ethics and thats about it. if you pass. i will just give you a picture of a tnpu diploma. unless ravenclaw says no. i dunno. just leave a template to conduct an exam of some sorts. I do not know why. but im obligated to do so to make the university more university than right now in its sorry inactive state
