Acknowledging Tsunamy as a twice-served delegate of TSP, serving in 2014 and Tsunamy is the current delegate,
Knowing that the Pacific regions are recorded to be extremely difficult to maintain, but Tsunamy, against all odds, managed to stop The Hileville (2016), Milograd (2013), and XYZ affairs coups (2003),
Recognizing that Tsunamy, in agreement with the laws of The South Pacific, allowed a huge amount of democracy, without creating an anarchy, placing the lesser-nations above Tsunamy,
Amazed that Tsunamy can maintain control of a Pacific giant for 3 years in total, while improving the region's democracy,
Impressed at this difficult accomplishment, and knowing, as a result, Tsunamy has been known throughout the world for its spread of democracy,
Noting that Tsunamy was created, in The South Pacific, in 2003,
Realizing since 2003, Tsunamy has been one of the most prominent nations in The South Pacific and was a founder of The South Pacific's local council, and CRS, served in multiple, diverse cabinet positions throughout it's existence, and became a forum administrator of The South Pacific Forum,
Understanding that the Local Council has been a key part of democracy in The South Pacific, for over a year,
Also understanding that Tsunamy has been a cornerstone of The South Pacific's democracy for over 14 years,
Trusting that any nation having spread democracy as much as Tsunamy has deserves to be commended,
Hereby commends Tsunamy for wide-spread of democracy
