Dear nations of the North Pacific,
As the Emperor of the Holy Empire of Helenne, I search for friendly relations with nearby states. Though we aren't an awe-striking nation, we hope an alliance will help to improve both our and your positions by diversifying and evolving our cultures.
Establishing an alliance between nations will strengthen all who are involved. Allies will receive endorsements as well as support in their campaigns. Allying will open borders between nations and allow for trading. This will cause a presence of the other nations in your demographics and increase your cultural diversity.
To be accepted into the alliance, you must submit a quick form to me by telegram with an overview of your nation (i.e. leader, capital, language, religion). Of course, this requires that you have an updated factbook with information on your nation. The minimal is an overview (see Helenne's Overview) but more entries are greatly appreciated. We look for culturally rich and well-formed nations with a history but we understand that not everyone has that. Nations will be expected to continue to add more entries to your factbook. We want our citizens to learn about other nations before they travel to them and possibly move! The reason you'll need an overview at the start is because the ethnicities and languages will be added to your demographics due to the established open borders and trading agreements. The percent of each language and ethnicity present in your demographics will be between you and the other nations.
