Darcania, Thanks! Trust me if i need something answered I will ask :) Also am I technically a citizen of TNP or what? On citizens app it was stated I am conditionally a citizen but I dont have the tag for citizen on forums, so I'm confused.

You are not yet a Citizen, as you have only passed two of the three checks. The Administrators need to check to make sure you're not someone dodging a ban or trying to get two accounts for vote padding, and if you pass, you'll be masked as a Citizen.

Hence, you are conditionally a Citizen, that condition being whether or not you pass that check.
