Have you applied for citizenship yet? You need citizenship to post in most places.

Edit: Just noticed you did, it takes a while to process.

Stated right at the top of the home page: "Validating accounts may post in the Docks.... Posting three times will upgrade your account from Validating to full Forum Member."

Now that you've posted three times, you can post in a lot more places, though some are still locked off since you aren't yet a Citizen.
