A question about gm's request for review

can one ask what is happening in this R4R? It has been under deliberation for nearly a month.

One of the hearing officers says there has been a conversation taken place on Discord a few weeks ago. Has there been any progress since then?

Deliberations were productive, and the court is in agreement about what the basic content of the opinion should be. The drafting process is the hold up.

Presumably this has been caused by Eluvatar disappearing again without notice.

Since the discussion has taken place and agreement reached, could not the other two hearing officers write the response?

As ever, the Fiqh stands ready to step in, should the constitutional court be unable to deliver.
