Not to long ago on December 12 Ninhundish Soldiers were triumphantly marching through Jacksonville during the civil war there. Ninhundland had successfully taken control of 15% of Jacksonville with all the land south of Jacksonville City but after the war had ended they were asked to leave Jacksonville or to be full on at war with Jacksonville. Ninhundland soon learned on December 14 the huge mistake they had done. As the soldiers were moving southward and back home to their base in Gränzeborg which is on the border of Ninhundland and Jacksonville a treaty was signed where Ninhundland was expected to pay 250,000,000 Jacksonvillianen Dollars or 78,125,000 Ninhundish Gelderen (NGß) over the course of 3 years. Ninhundland has agreed to remove all soldiers from Jacksonville because nobody's interested in a war or being more unstable at this moment in time. Ninhundland having a GDP of just under 6 Billion could really put the nation on a major downhill leading to dept if the decision is made to pay Jacksonville. Ninhundland is divided on this issue. They want to keep their high GDP but also to remain having good relations with Jacksonville and the rest of the NWU.

(OOC: I'm very confused by this post... you say you captured 45% of Jacksonville and you also owe him 250 million dollars... In total, you only posted once while the civil war was active (twice more once it was ended). I don't understand how your military forces could have possibly captured that much of a foreign country in such a short time frame without any opposition from Jacksonville or any other nation involved in the war...)
