[Private] Chief Justice

Time to choose a chief justice. I am of two minds: first, it makes sense to keep Elu on as CJ, because he is of the longest tenure, and holds (or possibly held) the position already; second, it also makes sense for the top vote-getter to become CJ, reflecting that they have the highest confidence of the citizenry.

I lean towards keeping Elu as Chief Justice, but if SillyString is interested, or Elu is not interested, I will consider it more carefully.

I am interested in retaining the role. If SillyString is interested, I'm certainly open to discussing that, though!

I am happy to let Elu retain the role.

In that case, I think we are decided, and it should be announced forthwith that Eluvatar will continue as Chief Justice.

As a result of elu's absence, the position of chief justice is now vacant.

2. Whenever the position is vacant, the Justices shall elect a Chief Justice from among themselves by a majority vote.
