First; let us start by thanking the powers-that-be for granting our Nation, The Peoples Technocratic Republic of Vi, Citizenship. We are humbled by your welcoming this Rogue Nation into the fold.

Secondly; congratulations to all for braving the storm and getting to just under 50% survival on the ZomPoc 2016 event that just occurred. It was a long, arduous road, but we weathered it well. Comradery was built in ways we Technocrats had never foreseen. We raise our glasses to drink with honour with our fellow survivors and leave a glass for the fallen.

Pleasantries and protocols aside, we had a great time working the ZomPoc event and are tossing around the idea of joining the WA. Morale has not been this high since our founding and seeing what happens with that event leads us to the belief that being set in this Region upon founding was no accident.
