New nation or Retcon?

Just wondering what people's opinion on Cogoria is at the moment. Have a new idea for a nation but not sure if I should just make a new one or Retcon Cogoria, is there a need for a barely communist nation that spouts rhetoric and actually knows only the basics of communism, or should I pop in my new nation idea in it's stead? New nation is going to be a republic or constitutional monarchy (bu there are a lot of royals around so not sure on that one) That is essentially stuck in 1914-20 tech wise. Mostly cause I love the history of that era and would love to pit it against modern tech. I will think of an excuse for this stagnation seeing as some nations are close to AIs but would rather know if I should retcon or start a new nation
 
I'm waiting on you XD and I will be finishing all RPs I'm currently involved in before doing the retcon (or making a new nation, either or)
 
I actually really like Cogoria. The closest thing we've had to a communist state so far is Nebula, and I really like RPing with him. I do suggest you research communism way more though, since you say you know only the basics. There are many different branches of it, and different schools of thought. Is Cogoria Maoist? Stalinist? Trotskyist? Marxist-Leninist? Syrixia was a People's Republic as well for a while, until I retconned that; mainly because I didn't know much of communism at the time; so I feel you mate.

tl;dr Keep it. There's a lot of stuff you can do with Cogoria.
 
Nebula is 'democratic socialist' insofar as any state can be democratic with a bureaucracy as swollen as Nebula's. :lol:

Do what you want, just for the love of all that is holy (and unholy) don't retcon your nation every 3 months or create new ones because you can't decide what you want to RP.
