I've posted to Osiris.
The international Western Union appears to be going through some transition as of late, merging two regions to form a new one, the international northwestern union. Until a government is established I will be refraining from contact with them to see what our position and there's is on continued relations.
As it stands the IWU seems to be a husk of it's former self and I would consider urging the TNP government to close relations with them sloely on the basis that they appear to be now a dead/dying region as a result of the transition.

I have posted this in TWP. But not in NationStates as like Abacathea posts about IWU..NationStates is a dead region aswell abeit historic but dead nonetheless.
Done in all of mine except for NationStates dispatches, for obvious reasons.
