Is there a way that global moderators can update the forum to make it simpler so that users wont get confused and make topics in the wrong categories?
 
If no other user is having the same comprehension issues, then I sense the problem is more you not taking the time to look at the sections before you post.

Moved to The Agora. I recommend that you stop creating a mass of topics.
