Unable to Post in Regional Assembly

I can't seem to post inany topic or create a new topic anywhere else on the forum. Persepo had much to say in the Regional Assembly after all!
 
You need to be in the citizen forum group, do your oath and/or wait for it to be accepted and for you to be remasked before trying again.

Yes, but you haven't been "remasked" yet. Your masking is the silver bar under your name/avatar which shows your rank. As soon as the admins get around to it, you'll be remasked, and thus put into the citizen forum group. Then you'll be able to post in the Regional Assembly.
