Hi, there! I'm brand spanking new here, and figured an introductory post is in order.

Political Ideology? Liberal, Conservative, Anarchist, do you care?: Not really, no. I'm more middling between Liberal and Conservative.
Do you enjoy Roleplay or forum games?: Yes to both.

I'm a pretty friendly guy, but new around here and not likely to be very active in the first week or two, seeing as how exams suck. A summed up explanation on the best way to get settled in would be amazing, if one such explanation exists.

I hope your exams go well! Once you have time to poke around the forum a bit more, I recommend checking out the following areas...

One of the first things you'll probably want to do is apply for citizenship. You can do that here: Citizenship Applications. Becoming a citizen allows you to participate in areas of the forum set aside for the Regional Assembly, and gives you the opportunity to vote in elections.

Some of the most popular areas of the forum are the Out of Character and Role Play sections. These sections are a great place to get to know your fellow players, and to expand the story/history/culture/etc. of your nation.

If you're curious to learn more about the history of The North Pacific, you can find out almost anything you need to know about our great region here.

A lot of relevant new player information can be found at The Docks. There you can find out more ways to participate, such as signing up for the Military, or applying to join the Executive Staff.

You can always find answers to questions by asking almost any of the other forum members, or by posting a question at the Help Desk.
