Legion, the Regional Assembly does not concern itself with out of character matters. If you would like to encourage people to use Fold@Home, perhaps you should create a thread in The Agora to explain it?

As has been mentioned, this proposal does not specify which of the legal documents (the Constitution, Bill of Rights, or Codified Law) it would amend and will not proceed to formal debate until it does so.
