Arms, Emblems and Seals

So, over the months I've developed much better MS skills. I've modified the old, low-res coat of arms I made in the old thread from 2015 to much better ones. Instead of gravedigging it, I decided I should make a new thread.

If you want a Seal or Coat of Arms, be sure to say your specs i.e,

- Emblem Design (if you want an emblem/coat of arms)
- Shiel
- Supporters (optional)
- Crown/Helmet (optional)
- Motto on a banner (optional)
- Or anything else you want

Or. you can just briefly tell me what you want and I can think up something.

I would love to have something done - I don't really have an idea of what I want, but including this image in it would be great. If you could use some colors from my flag, that would be great too. If you want to use words in it, look no further than my nation's motto. People seem to put words in these things in Latin, so "maximum telum est intelligentia" would fit well.

Okay, so, when I first joined the forum, a user said they'd create some arms and a seal for me, and this is what they came up with:

I'd really like to update and simplify these, as they're kinda complex...and most of the stuff is very random, so, if you could give it a shot, that'd be great. The only part I think could stay the same or similar is the cool wheel thing surrounding the seal.
