Okay, I had to create this thread to share this actual quote from a court hearing yesterday. (I'm a paralegal for two family law attorneys.)

Your Honor, my ex used to be a stripper. She says she only makes $14,000 a year, but you and I both know that's not true!

The bailiff snorted. I couldn't stop myself from laughing. And the Commissioner didn't even bat an eye!
