To change your avatar, go to 'Preferences', it should say 'Change Avatar'. Click that, then scroll to the bottom of the page, where you should find a button saying 'Choose file'. Click that, it should bring up a search box, enter the URL of the image you want as your avatar, then press 'open'. There are certain requirements for avatar images, so be mindful of those.
If the forums are not letting you change your avatar, you might want to ask a moderator or an administrator for assistance on that, as I really don't know.

The North Pacific Armed Forces, NPAF - known locally as NPA - most certainly does exist. You would not have encountered us from your time in DEN because much like with TBR, The NPA would not work with them for varying reasons.
