Hello fellow nations,

On behalf of The Kingdom of Brirari, I would like to request a trade from any nation willing to contribute in the fortifications of the southern seaboard. We will be trading our top resources for military equipment. The trade details are as follows.

Trade: Our End
In return for your military equipment, we will trade one of our most abundant resources and one of our most valuable resources, Fish and Gold respectively. This year, fish population numbers have sky rocketed due to an increase in algae populations (read more about Brirari's resources HERE), which means you can expect a lot of fish received on your end of the trade. The second resource that Brirari has a plenty of is gold. Brirari's isles have been rich with gold for centuries, so you can also expect a very valuable resource in return.

Trade: Your End
For our trade items, we are requesting military firepower in the forms of war-machinery, troops, firearms, bombs, missiles, etc. We would like the military firepower to be more centralized in terms of air-force and navy forces in order to defend our southern seaboard.

The Issue
Due to a large influx of hostile forces in our southern waters (primarily from pirates & bandits, mercenaries, and foreign enemies) we need to find a way to defend ourselves from the attackers who have taken to our seas. By partaking in this trade, you will be assisting TNP in defending itself from other regions who wish to destroy us to put themselves on top. By joining the trade you will be protecting hundreds of nations, and millions of lives. By trading, you will assist in keeping our region's firepower ahead of our rapidly growing foes.

Trade Terms
The following are the terms of the trade:
-Any nation involved in TNP may partake in the trade, but Brirari's Ministry of Foreign Trades reserves the right to deny any nation.
-There is not only one trade, any nation can join at any time to assist in the militarization of our region.
-You may exit the agreement at any time for any reason or no reason, however you must give a week notice prior to the exit of the trade.
-The period of the trade with each individual nation involved will be four months from the day of the agreement.

Thank you Bustos for your offer. Our order for your services are as follows:

Orders
Due to the limited space in Brirari's largest harbour (it is reserved for trade vessels) only a limited number of planes can be purchased, however aircraft can also be stored on land.

For our primary operating base inland we would like to purchase:
  • 2 AWACS aircraft - $530,000,000
  • 3 A-10 thunderbolts - $30,000,000
  • 4 F-35As - $340,000,000
  • 6 RAH-66 Comanches - $192,000,000
  • 2 AH-64 Apaches - $28,000,000
  • 1 C-5A/B Galaxy Cargo/Troop Transport - $161,000,000

Total: $1,281,000,000

We will refrain from purchasing unmanned drones, and instead request for modified UAV drones with UCAV capabilities.

Payment
This is one of the largest trade contracts Brirari has done since its military deals back in '67. We looked at our gold produced in this quarter and the last, and we noticed that we cannot afford the trade with the earnings of the most recent quarters. Instead, the National Treasury has granted the gold mounds from previous months. The conversion breakdown is outlined below:

Recently Mined Gold: 23013.69 Kilograms
--> Equivalent to $992,000,000

National Treasury Grants: 6704.59 Kilograms
--> Equivalent to $289,000,000

There will be two cargo ships escourted into your waters when your first military weapon is shipped to us. The ships will have IMO numbers: IMO5295482 and IMO5295483 to properly be identified. These will deliver the gold for the whole trade. You will have four months from today to deliver all the ordered items (Monday July 18th, 2016).
