Question to Attorney General candidates

The last action from the AG's Office was the (successful) prosecution of former Delegate Tomb. In reviewing the public aspects of the trial, are there any areas in which you believe the prosecution failed or was particularly in error? Conversely, considering that the prosecution did prevail under the current system, do you believe the end result to have been warranted and supported? If not, clarify what you would have done differently.

Note: I am aware that one of the candidates has had the opportunity to review the internal Court discussions pertaining to this and was also the subject of the trial, so if Tomb wishes not to submit an answer, or wishes to address a different case in his response, I understand.

I think that the legal team in TNP, (Attorney General, Justices, etc...) is, and has been very good.

The trial of The Democratic Republic of Tomb was a sucessfull one. I think It was well executed and that the procescution did a good job.

So yes, In my opinion the end result was warranted.
