Displaying the Constitution and Legal Code in the "laws" section

I completely agree with all the precautions taken pertaining to spamming and phishing on the forum, and acknowledge that they are absolutely necessary. However, I want to suggest that under the "laws" section, the Constitution, and perhaps the Legal Code should be visible to prospective members considering joining the alliance. Is there any harm in making these documents "public," by which I mean displaying to non-members?

They were apparently visible to Guests and Members but invisible to Validating. Fixed.
