IC topic: The Unseelie Accords

Here's the thread for OOC discussion of the topic.

The invitation is sent to the leaders of the communities, who can elect to either come themselves or select a representative.

Laws of Hospitality essentially boils down to "Cause no violence, invite no violence."
 
Also, I know people are still putting their characters/nations together, so I'll give it a few days or so before opening it up for people to arrive at Arctis Tor.
 
So this is just a warning that I'm going to advance the Unseelie Accords in a couple of days for anyone that still wants to post something.
 
RL has been absolutely absurd. If I don't post in the next few days, go on without me - I can just arrange for my people to be late (I'll justify it IC somehow).
