I support the delegate from Plembobria's suggestion. Many facts have recently come to light that paint a very different picture about the events and actions surrounding King-Regent Albert. Reconsideration is very much in order.
 
The United States of New Sekai are going to imposed a diplomatic sanctions and economic sanctions against McMasterdonia. Also, we are in a decision to either declare a war or not against McMasterdonia. This is all for restoring peace and removing the King-Regnant Albert's government and replace them with the Richard of House McMaster's government. We are open to diplomatic talks to stop a war even going to happen, if we finally declare war.

(OOC: I know this is actually first time, The United States of New Sekai is thinking about declaring a war on a internation scale.)
