Moskva Summit

I'm going to be examining closely the North Pacific Treaty Org's charter and membership over the next few days to determine if I want to affix Pereslavl's name to the charter as an applying member state. I'd like to create an RP where basically, a representative or two of the NPTO comes down to P-Z to discuss the NPTO, and it's vision for the region. You don't have to "sell" me on it, since I will be inviting you to P-Z. However it would be good to explain the history in an IC way, so I can start to get more involved in the RP around here. Anyone is willing to participate, but I would like to limit the number of foreigners to four total. Other treaty orgs are welcome, but don't start a squabbling match.

As Corie has just taken over as Chairwomen of the NPTO following the vacancy of the Cascadian delegation, she would be delighted to attend and explain the merits of the North Pacific Treaty Organization. However, the Estate insists on additional security (doubling her normal security detail of four to eight) if she will be meeting with the heads of a nation that has no known dealings with the Confederation in the past. If this security measure is ok with you, Corie will put together a flight plan and schedule a few days off from her job.

I don't think it'd be complete without Abigail, who really was a leading force of its creation, at the Summit. She hasn't been a NPTO rep, but she'll be a good source of the history.

It would be great to have the both of you here. Thanks for the quick response. I'll start the RP tomorrow. Anyone else is welcome, and we can work you in even after it starts.
