Overview

Sillisary for America strongly believes that SillyString should campaign for the office of Delegate at the September 2015 elections. We strongly encourage the citizens of the North Pacific to join us in this campaign.

BIO:

SillyString has served as Acting-Delegate, Vice Delegate, Court Justice, Deputy Speaker of the Regional Assembly, Regional Assembly member, and Security Councillor during her time in the North Pacific region. A practicing lawyer, law reformer, and mentor, SillyString has dedicated herself to a significant number of roles since joining the North Pacific in April 2013 and has proven her strong ability and dedication to every challenge set before her.

What we believe:

Sillisary for The North Pacific strongly believes that the North Pacific is ready for Silliary. We believe that the time has come for SillyString to run for the position of Delegate, we the undersigned members, urge SillyString to run for the office of Delegate at the upcoming elections in September.

We believe that the North Pacific requires the strong leadership of SillyString, and the continued trust that the many members of the community have for SillyString leads us to strongly believe that SillyString will be able to enact wide ranging and meaningful reform and bring the executive departments back to their prime.

As TNP's foremost expert on arts and cultural policy, Silliary is the only way forward for a North Pacific cognizant of its traditions in a way that is sensitive to its past and optimistic for its future.
 
Not a citizen, but someone who has worked with SillyString in various governments for a few years. I can think of few people more qualified than her to be TNP delegate.

I was going to support Cascadia, but after his break from NS it's clear to me I need to take into account who is the most active. Based on facts alone, who would you say is more active on this forum; Cascadia or Asta?

My opinion would be that Asta is more active. I have only noticed Cascadia posting in the last week or so, but I understand that he was on an announced period of leave. Asta has been away for the weekend, but otherwise I believe her activity has always been excellent and reliable.

I also didn't know Cascadia was running. :lol:
 
Welcome to the committee. Yes it is, to add to the silliness we will likely keep spelling it in various different ways throughout the campaign.
 
I have a couple more questions.

1. Will Asta endeavor to change the theme of TNP?
2. Will Asta change the organization of the executive government as part of her platform? If so, how?
3. As we all know, Asta is short for Astarial, and Astarial is the Supreme Priestess (or whatever it's called) of Flemingovianism. What will Asta, as Delegate, do concerning the separation of church and state?
 
As it stands, Asta isn't standing and this movement is not being run or led (or really has anything to do with her) by her in any way. I think those are questions for if or when she decides to stand.
 
I wish Asta the best of luck, shall she decide to run, but I cannot support her for Delegate.

Though I do not think SillyString has mentioned any extreme overhaul of the system of government or the North Pacific's theme in the past. Those questions would be best put towards SillyString when or if she announces her candidacy.

1000 per minute: A private conversation with SillyString
20,000 a plate at the PAC Council Dinner table with Silly String as a guest of honour. The table seats 12.
200,000 SillyString will attend your wedding and/or funeral!

As an aside, Montresors & Family Events Celebration will put forward up to 20% of the cost of a funeral or a wedding planned through us to your donation to the Ready for Sillysary PAC!

For 200 NSD per minute, a trained volunteer will pretend to be SillyString and have a private conversation with you.
 
Competent, kind, determined, smart, experienced... all words that would describe SillyString.
She supported me with her advice and help throughout my Delegacy, and she was my top advisor throughout the whole thing. Based on the work ethic and experience she has shown thus far not only to this region, but all of NS, I'd be more than happy to support her in a future bid for the Delegacy.
