OUTBREAK OF PLUTONIUM​
In 23rd July 2015, August Stevens A Pasthesian just after 3 years of being a Sytarennian Citizen went into the Emergency Room of the New Castenian National Hospital after having severe symptoms and fever. Even the Highly-Trained Doctors and Scientists there were baffled and confused of what had happened to him.

Samples of his blood, urine, and other areas were examined by Scientists from the Sytarenne Department of Health and Human Services.
They were highly surprised to see that the Radiation was very high and the samples were taken to the Sytariot Nuclear Research Facility.
The same thing happened, but the source of what was coming from it was unknown.

Later, David Personas an experienced Scientist from the SNRF had found a mark of Plutonium, a deadly radioactive element in the samples.
By the time he found out the reason, Stevens had died and his room was contaminated so the Staff had locked it shut.

Poisoning

After Security Camera recordings and suspicious actions reported from People, 2 accused anonymous men had been with Stevens and acted
like his friends, but in reality from the recordings there were high outbreaks of Plutonium in the areas they went, such as videos of them suspiciously entering the bathrooms. The men that were with them are currently unknown, but their picture is available and will possibly be sent to World Leaders.

Here is a brief record of areas Stevens had been with the men (at vacation):

We advise you to search the areas immediately and shutdown areas with Plutonium traces. The Department of Health and Human Services have noted large traces amount of Plutonium in anywhere- Trains, Airplanes, Buses, Shops, Restaurants, Hotels etc.

Our Department of Justice and Investigation Agency are looking and tracing to find the anonymous men. All we currently known is that they took a flight to an unknown area. We would urge you to do the same.

(OOC: Change my location to Ambers, Salento Province in Pelhafor. I'll add a location in Kannex proper later if I see fit. Can you create an OOC thread for this? I'm more concerned about how this is possible and how this 'plutonium attack' was carried out. Do you mean to have a story somewhat akin to the Tokyo sarin attacks?)
 
(OOC: Change the location to Blackwater City for Xentherida, please. Also, as radiation is not infectious, change it to a disease, such as anthrax. Either that, or like what Kannex said. My only question is, is this like a mass poisoning in each area? Radiation does not spread like a disease, so my only guess is that multiple chemical/biological/radiological attacks happened, in each of these places.)

OOC: They're all deadly when ingested (though plutonium not so much: protactinium really does the job ;) ) , all radioactive. We're just unsure of how this is going to work. Radiation, in any form, cannot be transmitted from one person to another. It is not infectious.
 
(OOC: How about this, make it an original disease. Give it a fancy name, give us the symptoms.)
