Ranking idea: starts at 50 points. Win an exhibition game is +1, competition game is +3, competition semi-final +4, competition final is +5. Win by more than two goals is an extra .5 (so +1.5, +3.5 etc etc), beat a team ranked 5 or more places above you is also +.5. I'm sure we can work other bonuses in for similar things (away win worth more?)
You lose ranking points by losing matches, now we can go for 1:1 ratio so lose an exhibition is -1, competition -3 etc etc, basically everything in reverse, or some other ration (I'm undecided between 1:1 and 1:.75 so a lost losses you .75)

I don't know anything about sports so if anyone wants to play a Sadakoyama team you are welcome to do so, win or lose.
Sadakoyama players will not be the biggest or the strongest or necessarily the fastest, but they will have excellent endurance and an extraordinary level of teamwork. Sports in Sadakoyama are mostly played for physical activity and as emotional release, so while they won't be particularly concerned with the outcome of the game they may be aggressive if their dander gets up.

Syrixian players tend to work out real hard. It's a known fact that Syrixian teams dish out really rigorous training regimens, as well as teamwork exercises. Sports teams in Syrixia tend to be bred to be like a close family of Arnold Schwarzeneggers. This has meaning, too. Syrixia loves sports. We have tons of leagues for every sport you can think of. Even shuffleboard. The sports industry is huge in Syrixia, however our all time favorite sport is not soccer or baseball, or even football.

So in the other topic I've announced two tournaments, one being the International Invitational, held in Naizerre this time around, with 3 other teams attending and competing in a round-robin tournament. 3 points for a win, 1 for a draw, 0 for a loss. I'm not yet decided on who the other teams are (that's not an invitation to ask to be in it ).
The other is the TNP Cup, which will be a straight knock out tournament consisting of all the teams involved at the moment, and hosted by a country (or two countries) that make a bid to the ISA executive committee.
The ISA Executive Committee is made up of 5 individuals from various nations that are yet to be decided. The chairman is Borislav Vulkov who is from Nierr. The other 4 are up to the rest of you. Will probably put a poll up here if more than four people volunteer to have someone on there. Places will probably be rotational by competition calendar (so the current board will go from this II, to the TNP Cup and be replaced after the next II) so you will get shuffled out eventually. The Chair stays with Vulkov until someone challenges for it.

Sean Green was born in New Capricornia City, the son of a wealthy banker, his father was the Vice Director of the Salvarian Banking Association for seven years and his mom was a high ranking official in the Ministry of Education. He grew up a fairly normal life, for a hyper rich child in Salvarity. He was extremely coddled by his parents but quickly grew into two things, the first was a rising soccer star, the other was a bully. Emboldened by the wealth and importance of his parents, Sean Green grew prideful and arrogant. As he grew up, his personality grew worse and worse which just served to make him bitter. The fact remained however that he was a child of wealth and he was pushed into the big world of business. His parents forced him to give up his dreams in competitive Football, however he did the next best thing and went into the Salvarian Soccer Association,. he quickly rose in prominence partially because of his personality, partly because of his dedication and mostly because of his family. Eventually he rose to a level where he was considered to be the Salvarian representative to the TNP Football Executive Council. A combination of determination, bribes and fear granted him this position.

An Augustan business group, representing a number of luxury brands and heritage organizations, has successfully lobbyed the Emperor to nominate Aemilius Ephyrus Angelis as an Augustan representative on the executive committee.
Should he be successful, Angelis would represent the August No-Contact Football Association in a formal capacity.
Aemilius Angelis is a Patrician (hereditary) Senator from the city of Korinthos, an ancient trading post critical as a gateway from the Albanese-aligned Latin League to Alainn and the region at large. In the modern day, it is best known as one of the major sources of luxury agricultural produces. The Angelis family themselves have been farmers for generations, having first appeared as brokers and producers of wine. In the modern day, they have been most prominent as representatives of foreign business and as lobbyists on behalf of the August Foreign Service in the Senatorial Patrician College.
Aemilius Angelis himself is known to be a staunch supporter of tourism and cultural innovation, having been instrumental in pushing for greater support for foreign investment in Imperium arts and culture. He is, at current, best known for having staff on a number of tribunals regarding tourism and foreign media, as well as having confirmed rumours on filing paperwork to chair a tribunal on eco-tourism. It is for this reason that the ANCFA has seen fit to offer him their support in his bid for a position on the Executive Committee.

Alexis Delta is the representative of True Sebland.
Alexis Delta was born in Zerta, but grew up in Seavue. He was the only child of a very wealthy businessman. His only hobbies were watching football and playing football. Alexis didn't have a lot of friends, so he trained every day, because that's what made him happy. At the age of 16, Delta played for the A team of Seavue Lions regularly. Football was his life. Unfortunately he got injured in a game against the Dolphins. It was a very bad back injury, that couldn't be healed entirely. That meant the end of his football career, atleast as a player. After this incident, Alex's dad got him a job in the TSFA (True Sebland football association). He started low, but with hard work and dedictation he worked his way up to the highest position in the association, that is the president of TSFA. After 10 years of functioning in that position, Alexis announced that he will compete for the position of a Executive Committee.
