Well, for starters I'm in the US so I don't have a parliament. Second, the US president has a fraction of the power people seem to think he does; my opinion of the office approaches Douglas Adams'.

But withing those parameters, my first act of imperious leader would be to cut the military by a third and dramatically increase taxes on the rich; fully fund education, fully socialize healthcare, end all attempts to legislate morality and work to increasing both political and civil freedoms. That's how I run Sadakoyama and also Democracy 3 . . . which has worked in both cases as well as I could hope. I don't have many conservatives or religious people left, in the latter case, but I'm okay with that.

And those opinions may, at any point, get you banned if the board moderators and administrators believe that those opinions and the action of stating those opinions break the board rules that they have set and agreed upon. For example, if I go into a rant about how heterosexuals are all vile and should be shot on sight, then those (hypothetical) opinions would most certainly get me banned. On a milder note, if I repeatedly targeted a member of the forum and stated my opinion that they were, say, a "Pathetic Excuse for a Nation who's only insult is Lemon and country is run by a person with no experience in government whatsoever", then I would inevitably be banned if I failed to learn the lesson that any moderators were trying to teach me that flaming is not tolerated.
 
While I don't agree with Sytarenne acting like an admin (redtext), I do agree that this thread has become little more than sniping.
