By the way, can you give me a transparent picture of the Eumenor Swan or I'll just have to use any other swan?

What do you want your banner to say?
What should be the symbol on the shield?

Supporters are the people/animals/objects supporting the shield (don't mix it with the one INSIDE the shield). Like the lions in True Seblands one. I don't have a swan for my supporter, maybe a unicorn?

No ripple on the arms if that's ok, no crown either - Eumenor isn't a monarchy. Do you have griffins? If not, unicorns sound fine.

Hi guys! So, I'm looking into awesome-ifying my technological republic. I'm looking for a flag (since the American one, although it fits my RL locale, is just one of the pre-mades), as well as something I can use to spice up my dispatches, and other things. Something geek-tacular and sleek. I've been fiddling around with shots of 'Matrix code', but so far they look about as good as can be expected.. I'm no artist, which is why I'm here.
